About The Role

We’re seeking a highly independent, creative, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our fast-paced, visionary team. The ideal candidate has built multiple apps from scratch, preferably in an agency or dev shop environment (not large corporate teams), and thrives in high-speed, iterative work cycles. The role requires contributing to both executional and conceptual design, with an emphasis on visual systems experimentation.

In this role, you’ll go beyond wireframes and flows — you’ll contribute to visual design, branding, and illustration and focus on product usability, interaction design, and shaping the visual and brand identity of the app. You’ll work across mobile and desktop interfaces, contribute to Figma-based design systems, and help define the product’s future. We value curiosity, autonomy, and the ability to have fun with design while staying true to a bold product vision.

Location: Remote ideally UTC-3 Timezone to be able to meet regularly with UTC-7 and UTC+3 counterparts

Required skills

• Strong visual design skills with the ability to apply a keen sense of aesthetics to a complex design system.
• Proficiency in Figma within a multi-library design system.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app design principles; experience with tablet and web design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge product vision, UX design and development.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect assets.
• A keen eye for pattern recognition and identifying design inconsistencies.
• Experience in Figma prototyping.
• Willingness to provide UX/UI design input and solve design challenges.
• Portfolio showcasing previous mobile app design work within design systems is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or similar relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience designing engaging User Experiences for Web and Mobile.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Able to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of methodologies like Design Thinking, customer journey mapping, interviewing, and presentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing within complex systems or data-intensive environments.
• Strategic mindset and strong business acumen to align design work with business objectives.
• Availability to work full-time from 8am to 6pm US Eastern Time.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design process for digital products—from discovery and research to production-ready UI.
• Work on international and diverse projects designing highly valuable products that cater to end-users and align with business goals.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops with clients and stakeholders to uncover insights, align goals, and define solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Synthesize user research findings and translate them into actionable design strategies and UI solutions.
• Collaborate with developers and Project Managers to deliver a high-quality design that can be easily implemented.
• Present and explain design rationale, process, and deliverables to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain high-level quality standards to facilitate the design process for the rest of the team and accomplish client goals and objectives.
• Produce deliverables to be handed off to UI designers.

Qualifications

Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools.

Methodologies: Design Thinking, journey mapping, usability testing, stakeholder workshops.
