Job Posting Title Material Planner/Scheduler & Customer Contact with German Job Description Summary Stationary work in office in Swidnica/Poland. Responsible for scheduling and managing customer shipments, monitoring production and controlling the procurement of raw material. Ensures raw materials are maintained at optimal levels to cover manufacturing while achieving inventory targets. Ensure manufacturing maintains a smooth production plan with a steady flow of materials. Interact and manage relationships with trading partners. Process supplier forecasts to ensure alignment with production planning and forecasting. Job Description Polski Zakres obowiązków: Przygotowywanie krótko- i długoterminowego harmonogramu produkcji Dzienna obsługa klienta i zapewnienie serwisu na poziomie specyficznych wymagań klienta Obsługa zamówień części zamówionych na serwis Zarządzenia reklamacjami logistycznymi od klientów Udział w procesach eskalacyjnych Udział w audytach Zarządzanie zmianami inżynieryjnymi z poziomu logistyki Parametryzacja ustawień systemowych dla części sprzedażowych Planowanie i nadzór nad transportem do klienta Sporządzanie raportów wymaganych przez korporację Udział w inwentaryzacjach cyklicznych i rocznych Zarządzanie wymaganą na stanowisku dokumentacją celną związaną z sprzedażą Utrzymywanie zapasów wyrobów gotowych na oczekiwanym poziomie Szukanie nowych rozwiązań oszczędnościowych oraz optymalizacji procesów logistycznych Realizowanie celów wyznaczonych przez korporację i przełożonego; zapewnienie odpowiedniego poziomu KPI Współpraca z innymi działami w celu realizacji celów biznesowych zakładu / korporacji Zapewnienie zakładowi wsparcia logistycznego w sytuacjach kryzysowych English Responsibilities: Preparing short- and long-term production schedules Providing daily customer service and ensuring service at the level of specific customer requirements Handling orders for parts ordered for service Handling logistics complaints from customers Participating in escalation processes Participation in audits Management of engineering changes from the logistics level Parameterization of system settings for sales parts Planning and supervision of transport to the customer Preparation of reports required by the corporation Participation in cyclical and annual inventories Managing customs documentation related to sales required for the position Maintaining finished product inventory at the expected level Seeking new cost-saving solutions and optimizing logistics processes Achieving goals set by the corporation and supervisor; ensuring an appropriate KPI level Cooperating with other departments to achieve the business objectives of the plant/corporation Providing logistical support to the plant in crisis situations Required Skills and Education Wymagania: Wykształcenie: wyższe - preferowane wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (logistyka, zarządzanie produkcją, transport i spedycja) Doświadczenie zawodowe: minimum 1 rok na podobnym stanowisku w międzynarodowej firmie Umiejętności: znajomość pakietu MS Office Język angielski i język niemiecki w stopniu komunikatywnym Odporność na stres i umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności organizacyjne Mile widziane: Znajomość programu Oracle Znajomość Lean Manufacturing (w szczególności 5S, FIFO, Kanban, standaryzacja pracy) Znajomość specyficznych wymagań klienta z branży automotive Requirements: Education: higher education – preferably technical (logistics, production management, transport and forwarding) Professional experience: minimum 1 year in a similar position in an international company Skills: knowledge of MS Office Communicative level of English and German Resilience to stress and ability to work under time pressure Highly developed organizational skills Desirable: Knowledge of Oracle Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (in particular 5S, FIFO, Kanban, work standardization) Knowledge of specific customer requirements in the automotive industry About AAM: As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
