Lead Innovation Strategist As a key player in our Pace Port, you will be responsible for driving design-led innovation and leading clients through the end-to-end innovation journey. Your role will involve facilitating dynamic workshops, synthesizing complex information, and reframing business challenges into actionable problem statements. Key Responsibilities: Facilitation & Discovery: Lead high-impact design thinking workshops to uncover deep user needs and business pain points. Problem Framing: Synthesize research and workshop findings to reframe business challenges into actionable problem statements. Conceptualization & Prototyping: Translate abstract ideas into tangible concepts using wireframes, interactive prototypes, and service blueprints. Service Design: Design end-to-end service experiences considering all touchpoints, user journeys, and back-stage processes. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their innovation and digital transformation journeys. Ecosystem Collaboration: Work seamlessly with technical leads, researchers, and domain experts to build holistic solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in design thinking, service design, or UX strategy roles within consulting, innovation agencies, or corporate innovation labs. Mastery of collaboration tools like Mural, Miro, or FigJam. Expertise in prototyping and design tools like Figma, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A strong portfolio showcasing facilitation skills, design process, and examples of tangible business outcomes. Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to engage C-level executives and large groups.
