What You'll Do: Assist in onboarding external API service providers to ensure seamless integration processes under guidance. Support API product testing and documentation to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to feature iterations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and track project progress. Help create and maintain product training materials, user guides, and internal knowledge base updates. What We Need From You: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields preferred. Basic understanding of API technologies and interest in B2B product operations. Native fluency in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English for documentation and basic communication. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in office tools. Proactive learner with good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
