Support API product testing and documentation, identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and track project progress. Create and maintain product training materials, user guides, and internal knowledge base updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, E-commerce, or related fields. Basic understanding of API technologies and interest in B2B product operations. Native in Portuguese, with working proficiency in English. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in office tools. Proactive learner with good communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
