With our core belief : "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage Know more : Keeta website Job Responsibilities Collaborate with product operation experts to be responsible for production related to merchant growth, including various formats such as text, graphics and videos. Familiar with the characteristics of food delivery merchants in Brazil. Able to independently conduct or collaborate with teams such as BD and user research to deeply understand the pain points and needs of merchants in product usage, ensuring that the output content is easily understood by merchants and can address their questions. Job Requirements Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority will be given to those with experience in the food delivery industry and familiarity with the characteristics of Brazilian merchants. Familiar with and understand business related to merchant courses, merchant training, and merchant growth operations. Possesses good internal communication skills. Proficient in using common production software. Can use Portuguese and English as working languages. Job Highlights Join a startup-like business.
