Job Responsibilities We manage and review content provided by partners to ensure optimal accuracy before launching new stores. We are responsible for uploading and verifying merchant account information, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy. We review merchant qualifications according to established rules. We review other applications from BD or merchants. We manage store photo-taking services. We manage merchant-related materials. We execute other tasks requiring auditing and assistance. Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for highly responsible individuals with a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and delivering results. Strong learning ability with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business environments. Contribute positively to the team dynamic, support colleagues, and enhance team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills. We require fluency in both Portuguese and English. We expect proficiency in computer software. Experience in onboarding operations or sales operation is preferred.
