Job Overview We are seeking a highly responsible and adaptable individual to join our team as a Merchant Onboarding Specialist . This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. About Us Keeta is an international subsidiary of Meituan, a global delivery giant. Key Responsibilities: Content Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of content provided by partners before stores go live. Merchant Account Management: Upload and verify merchant account information for efficiency, completeness, and accuracy. Qualification Review: Assess merchant qualifications according to established rules. Application Review: Review applications from business development or merchants. Store Management: Manage store photo-taking services and related materials. Audit Support: Execute tasks requiring auditing and assistance. Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: High-Level Responsibility: Commit to achieving goals and delivering results with a steadfast attitude. Strong Learning Ability: Continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business environments. Effective Communication: Contribute positively to the team dynamic, support colleagues, and enhance team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills. Linguistic Skills: Fluency in both Portuguese and English. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer software.
