Position Operations Coordinator Salary: USD $1.3k – $1.6k per month Working hours: EST day shift (8h/day) Location: LATAM Contract type: Independent contractor (no additional benefits) Resume submission: Upload resume in English Requirements – Must-haves Technical Proven experience in coordination, customer success, or client‑facing operations roles Strong tech skills (Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, Coda, project management & automation tools) Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, reporting, and pipeline updates for multiple stakeholders Experience in delegating work to VAs or junior staff and ensuring accountability Ability to push back professionally and handle multiple, sometimes conflicting, demands Soft skills Hungry and driven – proactive, eager to take on responsibility, and grow Highly organized, thrives in a fast‑paced environment Strong ownership over tasks and client deliverables Comfortable working across different leadership styles and priorities Nice-to-haves Previous experience in a startup or small, fast‑moving company Familiarity with recruiting operations or client delivery ops Strong reporting and data analysis experience (turning raw pipeline data into actionable insights) Experience building or improving systems/workflows (automation, templates, checklists) Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $1.300 USD - $1.600 USD monthly Independent contractor arrangement (no additional benefits provided) Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
