Operations Specialist Job Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing the founder's agenda, priorities, meetings, and travel. The Operations Specialist will prepare meetings with context, documents, and follow-ups. This includes coordinating internal tasks, documentation, and information flow. The role also involves managing operational routines such as contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, and finance. In addition, the Operations Specialist will solve problems quickly - from simple tasks to complex issues. This position requires supporting product & engineering with documentation and organization. The Operations Specialist must maintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignment. Ad hoc tasks that keep the company running smoothly will also be handled by this individual. Ultimately, the Operations Specialist will act as the founder's execution partner in all non-core areas. This is a high-impact execution role for someone who takes pride in getting things done. Key Responsibilities Organize the founder's schedule, including meetings, priorities, and travel. Prepare meetings with relevant context, documents, and follow-up information. Coordinate internal tasks, documentation, and information flow. Manage operational routines, including contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, and finance. Solve problems quickly, ranging from simple tasks to complex issues. Support product and engineering with documentation and organization. Maintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignment. Handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth company operations. Requirements Proven experience in operations or a related field. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
