Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, stable, and compliant operation of our large-scale operational facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of critical physical support systems, including electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression. You will be responsible for developing and implementing facility operation strategies, procedures, and emergency plans, as well as managing facility operations teams and leading capacity planning and energy efficiency management projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in large-scale facility operation and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a management role. They will also possess strong team leadership and project management skills, and be familiar with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental compliance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement facility operation strategies, procedures, and emergency plans. Manage facility operations teams, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and daily supervision. Lead capacity planning, energy efficiency management, and optimization projects. Manage facility-related vendors and service providers. Participate in root cause analysis for facility incidents and develop corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. At least 8 years of experience in large-scale facility operation and maintenance, with at least 3 years in a management role. Strong team leadership and project management skills. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental compliance. Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively as a working language.
