Key responsibilities include process optimization, knowledge extraction, template management, content maintenance, curriculum development, platform setup, and onboarding coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management consulting, instructional design, or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in roles such as Training Coordinator, Instructional Design Specialist, or Enablement Coordinator. Proficiency in documentation tools, platform platforms, project management tools, and basic editing platforms is essential. Absolutely critical skills for this role include organizational discipline, attention to detail, and version control. Strong time management abilities and proficiency in fluency in English are also required. The ability to work in EST hours is necessary.
