Job Title: Operations Specialist About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our recruiting process, including data entry, pipeline management, and client communication. Responsibilities: Manage job orders, candidate pipelines, and client updates in CRM software. Keep data clean, organized, and current across multiple systems. Create weekly progress summaries and present during team meetings. Develop and implement workflow automation processes to increase efficiency. Requirements: Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects. Proficiency with CRM software, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools. Experience working with US-based companies in operations and/or account/project management support. Excellent written and spoken English suitable for professional business communication. A proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs and take ownership. What We Offer: Competitive monthly salary based on experience. Full-time remote position with Central Time schedule.
