We are seeking smart, detail-oriented, and curiousLanguage Specialistswith native-level fluency in Portuguese to help shape how AI understands and uses language.This is a unique opportunity for writers, editors, and linguists to contribute to the forefront of AI innovation. You’ll be instrumental in teaching LLMs how to think, reason, and communicate with greater fluency and human-like nuance.Job Title: Language Specialist – LLM Programs (Full time)Language Requirement:Native-level fluency in Portuguese languageKey Responsibilities:Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voiceAnnotating data to help AI models align with human valuesAnalyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventionsCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data setsContributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipesNavigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible prioritiesRequirementsNative-level fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in EnglishExcellent writing, editing, and linguistic analysis skillsDeep understanding of grammar, syntax, and stylistic subtletiesResearch skills and an ability to fact-check effectivelyAbility to work independently and meet daily deadlinesAssessment:Candidates must pass our project-specific assessments (2) designed to evaluate their language proficiency and analytical abilitiesAssessment 1: EnglishAssessment 2: LLM Evaluation
