We are searching the best talent for **PL Finance Analyst **to be located in** São Paulo, Brazil** (Global Mobility Not Applicable).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts payable routines - from receipt of notes to accounting reconciliation of suppliers;
- Monitoring the payment process to suppliers (inclusion, remittance, return, issuance of vouchers and reconciliation);
- Monitoring the process of prepayment of payments to suppliers
- Files and control of supporting documentation of payments made;
- Preparation of aging list;
- Assistance to internal and external audits;
- Monitoring of Import processes (Request, Payment and Debits);
- Assistance in improving accounts payable processes.
- Elaboration and review of procedures and policies relevant to the accounts payable area;
- Execution of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) related controls, documentation management, reporting framework and monitoring of controls compliance. Report findings for improvements to the controls structure and environment where necessary.
**Qualificações**
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to generate reports and execute controls;
- Ease of relationship and communication to support business areas and suppliers;
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related fields is required;
- 2-3 years of experience;
- Experience with SAP;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and intermediate English;
- Continuous improvement mindset
