Responsibilities
  • Lead the complete product development lifecycle from vision to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop strategic product roadmaps using methodologies like design thinking, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and partnerships to enhance product capabilities.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases for seamless team collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bring 5+ years in product development or project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Zendesk Administrator experience or experience with other ticketing platforms; Zendesk Administrator Certification or Admin certification in other ticketing platforms.
  • Excel at leading and motivating diverse teams while managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.
  • Proven experience creating product strategies that drive customer satisfaction and market success.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Understand regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
