What to Expect
  • Own and evaluate workflows and processes related to sales, account management, and customer success
  • Develop logical frameworks to address issues as they arise
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support revenue strategy
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for revenue-related issues and questions
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to optimize commercial tools and systems
What is Required
  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred; business or STEM undergraduate degree required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
  • Experience in designing and implementing processes for large enterprises or high-growth startups
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
