**What You'll Do**:
As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will work on topics that range from transformational go-to-market strategy to the nuts and bolts of sales operations. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, and robust cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc. In this role you will drive strategic decisions, GTM design, business planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Operations.
**Responsibility**Support the strategy and ops team on critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiencyAnalyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, trends and operating metricsTranslate data into insightsGather and synthesize relevant data, leading analyses and supporting the development of final recommendation to sales leadership and the broader strategy & ops organization- Assist in the yearly planning process that outlines the GTM strategy, segmentation, headcount, and quotasSupport run-the-business work streams such as forecasting, QBRs, ad hoc analysis requests, and dashboarding
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- 2+ years of analytical experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
**Preferred**
- Comfortable with large datasets
- Technical expertise in SQL/Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce is a big plus
- Experience working closely with senior leaders
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles
- Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and motivated to work independently
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
