Short Description We are hiring for this position, with work locations in Brazil (Sorocaba) or in any Schaeffler location in Mexico (e.g. : Puebla, Guadalajara, Cuautitlán, Irapuato, Juarez, Cuautla), depending on the candidate’s location. Short Description We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance Consultant specializing in the Controlling Module to enhance our financial systems and processes, including integration with acquired companies like Vitesco Technologies. As a SAP Finance Consultant for Schaeffler, specializing in the Controlling (CO) Module, you will contribute to optimizing our financial operations. Your role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP CO solutions to improve reporting, planning, and cost management processes. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting Schaeffler in achieving strategic financial goals. A significant part of this role includes ensuring seamless integration of financial systems with Vitesco Technologies, facilitating strategic financial outcomes across both entities. Your Key Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CO solutions tailored to Schaeffler's needs. Design, implement, and configure the SAP Controlling module, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Systems and Product Cost Controlling. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD. Facilitate workshops and training for users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP CO functionalities. Support the full project lifecycle from scoping and blueprinting to implementation, testing, and post-go-live support. Address and resolve issues related to the SAP CO module. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and data consistency across systems. Your Qualifications Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable Information Technology qualification Proven experience in SAP Controlling modules (customizing, master data, business processes knowledge) and their integration with other modules IT professional with hands‑on experience implementing SAP projects and providing expert‑level operational support for SAP systems Experience collaborating with international or virtual teams and adapting communication styles to diverse cultural backgrounds Good verbal and written communication skills in English Hands‑on experience in SAP programs debugging or ABAP development is an advantage Le esperan interesantes tareas y oportunidades de desarrollo excepcionales, ya que tenemos un impacto en el futuro con innovación.
