Are you ready to make an impact?ZF is looking for talented individuals to join our team.As a FutureStarter, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of mobility.Join us and be part of something extraordinarySAP HCM AnalystCountry/Region: BRLocation: Sorocaba, São Paulo, BR, *********Job DescriptionAbout the Team: You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative global HR IT team responsible for supporting and enhancing HR systems across multiple business units.The team works closely with HR process owners and project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and efficient operations.We value innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement in delivering high-quality HR technology solutions.What you can look forward to as SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d):Implement and configure SAP HCM modules, especially Payroll and Time Management, aligned with global HR processes.Ensure stable and efficient operation of HR systems and interfaces across business units.Lead IT-related tasks during HR system rollout and enhancement projects.Provide expert support to key users during testing, training, and post-Go-Live phases.Collaborate with project teams and process owners to manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.Analyze and support integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring data consistency and process alignment across platforms.Handle and analyze support tickets from the HR team, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions to ensure smooth system operation.Your Profile as SAP HCM Analyst (m/f/d):Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR systems implementation and support, with deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.Strong understanding of HR processes and integration with enterprise systems.Desirable: Knowledge of ABAP programming and SuccessFactors configuration/customization.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English (spoken and written) to work effectively in a global team.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Be part of our ZF team as SAP HCM Analyst and apply nowContact****************What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.We actively seek ways to remove barriers so that all our employees can rise to their full potential.We aim to embed this vision in our legacy through how we operate and build our products as we shape the future of mobility.#J-*****-Ljbffr
