Short Description

We are hiring for this position, with work locations in Brazil (Sorocaba) or in any Schaeffler location in Mexico (e.g.: Puebla, Guadalajara, Cuautitlán, Irapuato, Juarez, Cuautla), depending on the candidate's location.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Should possess at least 5 years of experience in Business Process analysis, problem definition, Detailing of Processes in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
  • As an SAP PM consultant play a crucial role in implementing, configuring and maintaining while promoting standard SAP solutions and best practices
  • Participate in requirement gathering, document preparation, End-to-End solution design, functional spec preparation, realization and deployment
  • Must have hands-on experience in configuration of SAP PM processes
  • Maintain SAP PM master data (equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensuring efficient and compliant operations
  • Experience in Product Data Management and Product lifecycle management preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable Information Technology qualification
  • Proven experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules (customizing, master data, business processes knowledge) and their integration with other modules
  • IT professional with hands-on experience implementing SAP projects and providing expert-level operational support for SAP systems.
  • Experience collaborating with international or virtual teams and adapting communication styles to diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience in SAP programs debugging or ABAP development is an advantage
