**Your Mission**:
As a **Shopify Landing Page & CRO Designer**, your mission is to create **high-converting, pixel-perfect landing pages and product pages** for **Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands**. You will leverage your expertise in **Figma** and Shopify-specific page builders to craft conversion-focused designs that drive revenue and improve user experience.
You will work directly under the guidance of the **Co-Founder of FORMULA**, responding to their direction and supporting their strategic goals. Your role will be pivotal in helping implement conversion-focused strategies, ensuring your designs align with the overall vision for client success.
This role requires someone who works **fast and efficiently** without sacrificing quality, has strong **copywriting skills**, and uses **AI tools** to streamline workflows and enhance output. You'll also need a sharp eye for identifying **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** opportunities and making actionable recommendations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Landing Page & Product Page Design for Shopify**:
- Design and optimize **high-converting landing pages and product pages** for DTC Shopify stores.
- Use **Figma** to create visually compelling and conversion-focused designs.
- Build using Shopify page builders such as **PageFly, Zipify, Replo**, and **Instant Section & Page Builder** to implement designs quickly and accurately.
- Craft pixel-perfect layouts that adhere to brand guidelines while optimizing for performance and conversion.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Data-Driven Design**:
- Translate audit findings and data into **actionable design changes** for better performance.
- Propose optimized landing page structures based on client goals, whether focused on **subscriptions**, **CVR**, or **AOV** improvements.
**AI-Enhanced Design Workflow**:
- Leverage **AI tools** to accelerate your design process while maintaining high-quality output.
- Use AI to assist with **copywriting**, generating creative ideas, and refining design elements quickly.
**Content Creation & Implementation**:
- Transform simple guidelines and basic instructions into **beautiful, high-impact sections** such as reworked buy boxes, product highlights, and feature lists.
- Provide ready-to-go, proven **high-converting structures** for landing pages and product pages, tailored to different campaign goals.
**Collaboration & Execution**:
- Work alongside **CRO strategists, developers, and marketers** to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
- Provide input on CRO audits by identifying design issues that impact conversion rates.
- Translate feedback from clients and team members into effective design adjustments.
