KV CAP Eligibility Specialist Mid‑Maine Chamber of Commerce Job Description Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) seeks a self‑motivated and organized Eligibility Specialist to communicate with clients, collect required information, and conduct the application process online, by phone, and in person as needed. The role provides information and referrals to clients as appropriate.
