Job Title: Talent Manager Talent Acquisition Specialist The Talent Manager role is a critical position that plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient delivery of talent to our clients. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for non-technical roles, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced talent professionals to grow their skills and expertise in talent operations and recruitment delivery. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs. Manage multiple concurrent recruitments, from initial candidate sourcing through to onboarding. Conduct thorough assessments of candidate suitability, ensuring accurate matches between candidates and client requirements. Promote diversity and inclusion by actively seeking out underrepresented groups and fostering a culture of equal opportunities. Analyse data and metrics to optimise recruitment processes and improve candidate satisfaction. Bidirectional communication with hiring managers, providing regular updates and insights into the recruitment process. Qualifications & Experience: At least 7 years of experience in talent operations or recruitment management. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, talent pipeline development, and recruitment project management. Ambitious individuals who are passionate about driving business growth through exceptional talent acquisition. Proven track record of improving recruitment efficiency, quality, and speed while reducing costs. Action-oriented problem solvers with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Soft Skills: Creative thinking and innovative approach to recruitment challenges. Effective time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Results-driven attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
