Key Responsibilities- Provide legal counsel on all aspects of corporate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Identify and manage legal risks associated with transactions and business operations.
- Manage an active portfolio of legal issues related to industrial products and services.
- Advise on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Assess legal risks and opportunities, establishing plans to minimize risks at acceptable levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
- Shape and advocate positions on various legal and business matters.
- Advise department managers on local laws, regulations, and issues.
- Collaborate with key customers and mid- to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with peers and senior management.
This is a specialist individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities. The position develops and maintains written departmental standards and procedures, and reports to the Assistant General Counsel.
