We are looking for a **Legal Business Partner**.
**What you will be doing**
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and protect the company’s interests.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including working with external counsel and overseeing litigation processes when necessary.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to senior management and business units on a range of issues, including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, corporate structures and and risk management.
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Be a business partner for all departments in the company, mostly commercial, finance and operations, to support business objectives and resolve legal issues effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Advanced English skills.
- Proven experience drafting and negociating agreemeents
- +4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the payment institution or a related field.
- Be a team player.
