We are searching for the best talent for LEGAL MANAGER to be in São Paulo, Brazil
You will be responsible for:
- Be an ethical business leader and partner that can use their legal knowledge to help change the trajectory of healthcare.
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel in all areas of law such as Competition, Contracts, Regulatory, Litigation.
- Develop innovative solutions to drive simplification, effectiveness and financial stewardship
- Participate in projects and meetings with Sr. Leaders including Board Members
- Drive ethical culture
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Graduation in Law with local BAR approval (OAB) (required) Other: Master Business Administration (Plus) and/or Master or equivalent experience in Law (Plus)
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- OAB (Brazilian Bar)
- Comprehensive experience as a business attorney for a commercial operating company, industry association or comparable business/legal experience or robust experience in private practice. (at least 5 years of experience)
- Good understanding of the legal matters on litigation, competition, compliance, bids, regulatory, public law.
- Ability to provide outstanding legal services to, and interact with, a range of senior executives and authorities;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and collaboration skills,
- Ability to work independently;
- Strong drive for results and a strong sense of ownership/accountability
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a matrix organization structure;
- Business oriented with an ability to proactively engage with business colleagues to find practical solutions and partner with them to implement desired action plans and contribute to compliant growth for the business;
- Takes ownership for performance and development in a way that facilitates and maximizes effective performance and development of self and as well as others
- Ability to handle conflicts in an open and constructive manner;
- Ability to set an example and ensure high ethical, legal and compliance standards;
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to simplify complicated issues for partners;
- Comfortable interacting with senior business leaders
English Level: Advance
Safe Fleet requirements:
- Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
