**Legal Manager at Givaudan - Your next career step?**:
As a **Legal Manager**, working within our **Legal Department** division in São Paulo (Zona Oeste), you'll report to the **Regional Legal Manager, **supporting the business with all legal matters and providing advice on a broad range of issues with a focus on agreements, according to corporate guidelines and the relevant law, being one of the key points of contact for all legal issues in Brazil.
**As part of Givaudan, you'll**:
- Draft and negotiate agreements with our LATAM services and raw material providers;
- Manage and follow up on all litigation cases in Brazil;
- Draft and manage corporate documents;
- Provide proactive and solution-oriented legal advice and guidance to multiple stakeholders;
- Draft and review the legal aspect of the external and internal documents, procedures, and guidelines used by Givaudan;
- Manage the services provided by third-party law firms hired in LATAM.
**We're looking for**:
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house lawyer;
- Law Degree and enrollment with the Brazilian Bar Association
- Master's Degree or LLM from qualified institutions
- Fluent English and at least a conversational level of Spanish;
- Strong analytical and communicational skills;
