About the Role I’m Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. We’re a global running company looking for a Growth Marketer to drive marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, manage email marketing, digital advertising, and explore new channels. You’ll work closely with me and the team remotely, with minimal internal meetings. Key Responsibilities Own all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Develop and optimise email campaigns, flows, and automations. Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google; explore new platforms. Research new tech, trends and market opportunities; test and scale initiatives. Create case studies, sponsorship proposals and bold idea pitches. Track results, analyse data and continuously improve marketing performance. What We’re Looking For Analytical and structured mindset with creative copywriting skills. Attention to detail, fast learner and ability to work systematically with new ideas. Passion for email marketing and digital advertising. Strong execution focus; ability to move the needle. Excellent collaboration, teamwork and willingness to learn. Comfortable working remotely with limited meetings.
