**Seeking a talented Mid/Senior-level QA with a passion for LLMs and prompt engineering**
**to join our exciting quote building project**
In this role, you will focus on creating and optimizing prompts for generative AI models, while also developing and managing autonomous agents that leverage these technologies. Your expertise will enhance software development processes and contribute to our clients' success.
This role will require you to work **100% onsite at our office in Campinas** as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major American investment client.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a prompt specialist, creating and optimizing prompts to improve efficiency in software development projects.
- Develop and manage autonomous AI agents that utilize Large Language Models (LLM) for enhanced functionality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote effective AI practices and disseminate knowledge about prompt usage.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of prompts and AI agents on development processes, continuously seeking improvements.
- Address challenges related to information security, considering the sensitive nature of client data.
- Work directly with clients to design cognitive solutions that meet their business needs.
**Requirements**:
- Deep knowledge in Prompt Engineering.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge generative AI models such as LLaMA, Gemini, GPT, and many others.
- Proven experience in a Developer or QA role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret quantitative data.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
- Advance English level for conversation
**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with security and data privacy best practices.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and Azure services.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python and NodeJS (TypeScript).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development practices.
- Familiarity with Azure services.
