How You Will Impact Our Ecosystem

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for validating the quality of accounting information and addressing process issues that lead to poor information quality. They will analyze flux variations between actuals and managerial figures, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

As Part of Rappi, You Will Be Responsible For
  • Leading and managing a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Maintaining and enhancing quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to management.
  • Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Leading and designing analytical review processes in accounting balances.
  • Documenting QA processes monthly.
  • Managing KPIs to analyze business trends.
What Are the Requirements to Join Our Neon Universe?
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in related positions.
  • Proven experience leading and managing QA teams.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Data management skills are a plus.
