Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of SHOP 4.1 analytics solutions for retail clients

Translate business problems into analytical frameworks using customer data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Client Services

Mentor junior analysts and consultants

Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables across multiple projects

Required Skills:

Experience in data analytics, consulting, or retail insights

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Deep understanding of retail KPIs, customer segmentation, and campaign measurement

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

English
