Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
  • Work with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Qualifications
  • Required competence: at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of current IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient and persistent, capable of taking a ‘no’ and continuing efforts.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Details
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP.
  • Full time.
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays, with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
