OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish It Industry role at Nexer Telescope.Sweden needs skilled engineersAbout 30 000 of them by 2030 to be precise, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau.Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden.Are you ready to help us?Job Description: As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers.Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden.To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates.Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden.In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants.In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix itOur clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.You will be part of an efficient team characterized by a profound joy for having the opportunity to be able to help engineers and their families to build a new career and life in Sweden.Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesFind engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.Build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate with a global team of recruiters and Swedish executives.Coordinate relocation tasks with the Swedish delivery management team (visas, work permits, travel, housing, etc.).Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in multiple countries including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.A solid and proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self confident, social, friendly, outgoing with high self-motivation.Durable and persistent, able to take a setback and try again.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location & RemunerationLocation: Working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.How to ApplyPlease send your English CV to: ******.Please state the application code TEL2025HH in the subject of your email.#J-18808-Ljbffr
