Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce expertise for a contract position in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (Portuguese and English) and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying system improvements, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce recommendations.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementation and consulting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all business analysis matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementation.
  • Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
