**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate carbon black production, utilities, and effluent treatment systems following procedures and safety standards.
- Identify and report anomalies; suggest and implement process improvements.
- Collect samples of in-process materials, finished products, raw materials, and additives.
- Perform laboratory tests and quality control analyses on various materials.
- Assist in preparing chemical solutions and unloading raw materials.
- Conduct routine inspections, verify equipment performance, and take corrective actions.
- Report unsafe conditions and deviations to supervisors.
- Prepare equipment and work areas for maintenance operations.
- Handle and move loads using forklifts and manual hoists.
**Requirements**:
- Chemical technician
- CRQ register
- Experience in the chemical industry
