**Job Description Summary**: O líder terá como responsabilidade, gerir o efetivo diariamente controlando a frequência de pessoal, a distribuição das atividades e a performance garantindo ao atendimento as normas de segurança, qualidade e custo.
O líder terá como responsabilidade, gerir o efetivo diariamente controlando a frequência de pessoal, a distribuição das atividades e a performance garantindo ao atendimento as normas de segurança, qualidade e custo.
Se reportará ao supervisor imediato gerando informações de controle de processo, desde de fluxo das atividades, metas, relatório das paradas, análises de causa raiz quando houver a necessidade de aplicação dessa ferramenta para atuar no melhoria contínua do processo.
Pré-requisitos:
- Mínimo 1 ano na produção;
- Ensino médio completo;
- Conhecimento do pacote Office;
- Disponibilidade para os 3 turnos;
- Capacidade de comunicação com as pessoas;
- Experiência com Processos do Moulding e Post Moulding.
Desejável:
- Ensino superior e/ou curso técnico;
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de Lean;
