• Design the Future: Create and maintain the blueprint for Rabobank's system landscape and information architecture, aligning with technological advancements and the bank’s evolving needs.
• Innovate Solutions: Work within a specific domain to design IT solutions that meet business requirements and leverage existing technologies.
• Drive Transformation: Develop future state and current state documentation, and craft transformation roadmaps to guide our journey.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Driving solutions according to the Enterprise Architecture;
• Translate business strategy and technological innovations into an architectural landscape;
• Managing and guiding the Architecture Chapter team;
• Assessing and optimizing the regional (South America) application landscape;
• Describing and maintaining the (de)commissioning roadmap;
• Defining the IT architecture, assessing architectural proposals and overseeing implementations;
• Monitoring compliance to Enterprise Architecture and Target Architecture together with business and IT
• Organizing the decision-making on proposed deviations of Target Architecture
• Driving backlogs to solve architectural (technical) debts and deviations
• Participating in global architecture boards to assess strategic documents and register deviations;
• Supporting local and global projects, and innovation initiatives;
• Aligning the architecture vision with the management team and the local Squads.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Completed BA degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, applied mathematics or any technology related field;
• Certified in, or experience with, an Enterprise Architecture framework such as Togaf or DYA;
• Knowledge of DMBOK;
• Broad expertise in IT include in areas such as development, integration, data warehousing and business intelligence;
• Experience with architecture tools such as Archi, Aris, Enterprise Architect and Power designer;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Portuguese and English). English is mandatory;
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
• Being able to translate business vision and strategy into an architectural vision and roadmap;
• Financial services or Banking experience is highly preferred;
• Solid experience in business information systems and developing enterprise (and data processing).
