Senior Business Analytics Expert This role involves spearheading data-driven marketing and personalization strategies, developing robust models that inform customer engagement and product strategy. Design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms to identify actionable buying groups within customer data platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting, and campaign performance. Integrate advanced models into Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar. Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to solve complex customer behavior problems, churn prediction, lookalike modeling, and RFM analysis. Oversee the lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy predictive models for customer segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and data analytics. Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
