**What are we looking for?**
Responsible for developing high performing, high quality, sustainable package solutions for the Facial Skin Care and other categories. Works closely with formulation team to ensure package solutions provide the right in-use experience and deliver against the concept brief. Responsible for technical development of package from inception through to launch. Stays abreast of emerging sustainable packaging solutions and recommends which to evaluate for Avon.
**What are the main responsibilities**:
Works with R&D partner functions to qualify package compatibility and quality and validate package performance with the consumer. Also works with New Product Implementation engineers and the vendor community worldwide.
**Who is the person?**
Strong packaging technology and package engineering training. Strong technical problem solving skills, able to use industry best in class approach to design functional and sustainable packaging solutions and validate package quality, robustness and functionality.
**What you need to have?**
Requires knowledge of packaging technologies, processing, and decoration techniques. Experience with cutting edge CAD and 3D printing technologies. Requires excellent organization, management and communication skills. Sustainable/circular packaging design experience is highly desired.CAD & Package development experience required
