Training & Development Director We are seeking a Training & Development Director who can drive significant impact. This role involves designing and delivering learning programs that help employees excel in their roles, accelerate their careers, and develop the next generation of strong leaders. Key Responsibilities: Own the full lifecycle of training and development programs, from needs assessment through delivery, to strengthen workforce capability, performance, and productivity. Assess skill gaps and business needs to design targeted learning programs that overcome performance challenges and boost workforce effectiveness. Develop and scale programs that accelerate internal mobility, strengthen functional talent pipelines, and build leadership readiness. Partner with business leaders to ensure learning initiatives align with department goals, driving both capability building and measurable business impact. Create and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learning to ensure knowledge retention and consistent on-the-job application. Track and continuously improve key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion and application rates, and talent readiness for future roles. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that meet business needs. Learning Expertise: Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methodologies. Collaboration: Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and deliver relevant learning solutions.
