Learning Program Strategist

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for leading the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across a global organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies with measurable improvements in performance and productivity. Create engaging learning content for diverse audiences, including e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear objectives and outcomes. Conduct skill gap analyses and business assessments to inform targeted learning interventions. Design and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement initiatives to ensure knowledge retention. Own key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion rates, and application effectiveness. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems. Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs. Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, concise training materials. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and results-driven professional.
