This position blends strategic analysis with hands-on execution to ensure our products meet customer needs and stand out in the market.**On a typical day, you will:*** Support the development and execution of marketing plans for NE across Brazil.* Analyze market trends and competitor insights to guide product strategies.* Adapt global strategies to regional needs and manage implementation of global projects.* Collaborate with engineering teams to identify new product opportunities and build business cases.* Drive campaigns, promotions, and product packages, ensuring alignment with regional goals.* Monitor sales performance and follow up on product-related actions with regional teams.* Develop training materials and support tools to enhance product knowledge and efficiency.* Work closely with Sales Enablement and Digital Marketing to optimize product visibility online.* Create business cases, prioritize projects, and translate customer demand into actionable strategies**What You Need to Succeed:*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.* Fluent in English* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office* Strong analytical and project management skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.* Ability to work collaboratively across regions and influence stakeholders.* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.* 3-4 years of experienceApply now#Build What´s NextIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
