**Consumer Product Specialist**
- Location:* Alameda Xingu, 350 - Alphaville Industrial, Barueri - SP, 06455-911, Brazil
- Pay Rate: R$16.000,00 / Monthly

**About the Role**:
Our client is dedicated to driving meaningful show awareness and engagement through consumer products and promotions. As a Consumer Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing licensed merchandise strategies that promote our titles and build them into long-term franchises, shaping the cultural zeitgeist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing new business development pitches and identifying scalable opportunities for impactful engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandise Strategy teams to develop and update strategies for Global and local titles in Brazil and Sola.
- Work with Finance and ops teams to execute the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and budget process.
- Manage daily tactical business needs, including contracts, NDA's, and approvals with producers and partners.
- Develop detailed post-mortem agendas for licensed programs and coordinate cross-franchise and category programs.
- Support the licensing manager in coordinating sales/retailers presentations and collaborate with agencies on product pitches.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree-level education in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in the licensing industry.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong understanding of digital, social, and brick-and-mortar marketing.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective multitasker with excellent prioritization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Impeccable written and spoken English and Spanish communication skills.
- Passion for pop culture and entertainment.

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time

Pay: R$16,000.00 per month
