Business Journalist

We are looking for a journalist with experience in business to do one or more projects.
The project will involve:
- finding an entrepreneur,
- conducting a series of Zoom interviews,
- transcribing the interviews.
You will need to find a successful entrepreneur in Brazil, check their eligibility, and conduct a series of 3 interviews in Zoom 1.5-2 hours long (video recording is required and will be used for customers). The total length of the interview must be a minimum of 4,5 hours.
We will provide a list of questions for the interview, but you must be able to evaluate on each topic and be able to improvise.
Then you need to prepare the text version of the material. We pay $300 (USD) for this block of tasks.
All the material should be in Portuguese language. Translation to English isn't necessary.
**Criteria for finding an entrepreneur**:
- This is an existing entrepreneur with a net profit of R$25,000 or more per month.
- They work in a field that is widely available or allows new entrepreneurs to start the same business (online or offline) with an investment of no more than R$20,000.
As a result of the interview, we need to get a detailed success story, with a story about the entrepreneur's journey, challenges, successes.
We are also planning to agree with entrepreneurs for paid mentoring. We will help gather a group of people who are interested in developing the same business and are willing to pay money for mentoring.
Additionally, we are interested in engaging this entrepreneur as a mentor for aspiring or current entrepreneurs. If you agree with the entrepreneur on these terms, we would be willing to pay an additional $150 (USD) for collaboration.
There is no limit to the number of projects. It is possible to do 4/a month.
**Requirements for a zoom journalist**:
- You understand the topic of entrepreneurship, business, have interviewed entrepreneurs or have written on the topic of business,
- Good communication skills, you are a good speaker and a pleasant conversationalist, and have experience conducting interviews,
- Initiative, willingness to find interesting solutions to finding entrepreneurs, and improving the interview schedule,
- Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese language.
- Sufficient knowledge of English to communicate with our team
