Descrição do perfil:

Responsável por analisar e interpretar grandes conjuntos de dados, encontrando tendências e métricas que possam ajudar a empresa a tomar decisões mais precisas e obter melhores resultados.

Principais Atividades:


• Administrar pipelines ETL (queries, procedures, etc.), para garantir a divulgação dos dados oficiais da TIM diariamente.


• Consultar e atualizar bases de dados disponibilizadas por TI-BI e áreas parceiras, a partir de ferramentas como SQL Server, GCP, PowerShell e PowerBI.


• Realizar interface técnica com área de TI-BI, sendo focal para áreas de negócio.


• Preparar documentação de processos internos (manuais e procedimentos), tanto operacionais quanto técnicos.


• Construir e atualizar dashboards em PowerBI.


• Suportar na identificação de padrões de comportamento para endereçar as necessidades de negócio e a geração de valor


• Desenvolver modelos de dados para suportar a tomada de decisão

Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação:


• Experiência mínima de 1 ano de experiência com atividades relacionadas a grandes banco de dados (SQL Server e GCP, preferencialmente).


• Domínio do pacote Office, principalmente Excel.


• Conhecimento avançado de lógica de programação.


• Conhecimento em Big Data e Data Analytics


• Experiência com análise de indicadores de negócio.


• Formação superior completa: Engenharias, Análise de Sistemas ou Outros cursos de ciências exatas
