Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for constructing models to solve business problems, communicating with the technical team, and ensuring delivery aligns with business expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, create, test, and implement complex models and algorithms that drive analytical solutions across the organization.
  • Provide technical support for data analysts across multiple squads.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand business problems and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Define development standards and solution approaches.
  • Design and structure reusable codebases.
  • Coordinate with MIS, Digital Specialists, and Data Engineers to deliver comprehensive analytical solutions.
  • Communicate the design, functioning, and output of analytical models/solutions developed.
  • Ensure timely analysis and testing for regular maintenance of solutions over time.

  • Advanced knowledge in mathematics, analytics, and computer science, with expertise in machine learning, statistical models, and data science programming.
  • Cultivate strong relationships, influence others effectively, and develop talent to excel in current and future roles.
  • Develop data-driven strategies aligned with our priorities and energize others through clear communication.
  • Proficient in data science, machine learning, programming languages like Python or R, SQL, data analysis, teamwork, and communication skills.
