Director of Product, Remonetization and New Bets Join to apply for the Director of Product, Remonetization and New Bets role at Solfácil Solfacil is Brazil’s leading (#1 by market share) and fastest growing solar technology company. Our fin tech and distribution businesses enable installers to efficiently help homeowners go solar in a way that is fast, easy, and affordable. As the Director of Product and GM for Remonetization and New Bets, you will operate with a “PM as a GM” mentality to drive the P/L and key results for our remonetization efforts and new product lines (battery storage, EV chargers, Ampera Consumo, etc.). This role requires strong execution abilities and intellectual horsepower. Core Responsibilities Own and drive the vision, strategy, and P/L results for our new product lines. Build and develop a high performing team of PMs. Ensure your team operates efficiently and effectively. Act as a champion and practitioner of an outside-in product mindset. Be a role model for your team. Requirements and Qualifications People management experience within Product or a parallel commercial function. Strong track record of building winning business lines. Effective leader with the ability to build relationships and trust. Clear, structured thinker with a commercial mindset. Technical acumen to understand how technology works. Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Clear and effective communicator in Portuguese and English. Intellectually curious with a growth mindset. Strong first-principles thinker.
