
Senior Workforce Administration Specialist

Main Responsibilities- Implements and delivers end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best in class employee experience.
- Supports program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers.
- Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s).
- Addresses escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable.
- Provides information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s).- Reports & Analytics role - responsible for all reports generation and dashboards supporting HR LA needs, data for strategic external surveys as GPTW, ERG support, finance- Data Privacy focal point for LA, working together with ER/LR and IT LGPD leader- Supervisory organization and position management support for LA thru Workday- Workday adjustments/corrections/enhancements and support- Testing activities for pay planning and all other needed tests for workday/process improvements- Job/data change validations and approvals- HR LA SME for data change, data management and reports & analytics- Lead/participation in Global and Regional projects for standardization among LA countries- Support for WFA team for all topics on the day to day activities- South Region process oversight for WFA
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.- Fluent English in verbal and written communications.- Fluent Spanish in verbal and written communications.- Portuguese Native.- A previous experience working with Workday- A previous experience working with Workforce administration.- Previous experience working as project management.
