We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Latin America for our Industrial White Board range.
You will be responsible for building strategic customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and growing APP’s market presence in the region. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and expand sales pipelines for our Industrial White Board business unit. Products include FBB, SBS, WLC and Food Packaging Board. Lead negotiations and execute account strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
Provide insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market dynamics. Collaborate with APP teams in Indonesia to support customer satisfaction. ✅ What You Bring 5+ years’ B2B sales experience in Folding Box Board, Solid Bleached Board, White-Lined Chipboard and Food Packaging Board. Strong knowledge of Latin American markets. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
Degree in Business, International Trade, Sales or related field preferred. Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales reporting. Willingness to travel frequently. The successful candidate will be appointed through CATHAY LATIN AMERICA LTDA , APP’s exclusive sales and marketing subsidiary in Brazil.
